摘要
构建高职院校的教学督导系统,应强调以服务为宗旨,实施“绩效与薪酬直接挂钩”的人事制度,并设教学工作督导委员会与教学管理委员会,以“外聘为主”建立督导专家队伍,强调教学督导牢固树立“管理即服务”的角色意识,建构科学的、尊重教师个性的教学质量评价指标体系,建立督导、学生、学院三方综合评价方法,编制实用的质量测评软件系统,创建教学质量信息交流平台。
The construction of teaching superintending system in higher vocational school should emphasize the tenet of service, implementing the personnel system of "salary depending on performance", establishing teaching superintending committee and teaching administration committee, constructing superintending team by employing outside experts, building up the idea of "management is service" in teaching superintending, forming index system for evaluating teaching quality which is scientific and respect teacher personality,constructing comprehensive evaluation methods from three sides of supervisers, students and college, developing practical software system used for quality evaluation, setting up information fiat for communicating teaching quality.
