摘要
探讨在高职教育迅猛发展中怎样确保教育教学质量的方法和措施,提出组建督导组织系统,建立完整的督导制度,解决督导工作力度弱的问题。要依靠教师和学生的支持完善教学督导工作。
The methods and measures on how to ensure quality of education and teaching are inquired into under the rapid development of professional education. Therefore, the problem of invalidity of the system has been solved through providing the structure of organizing the supervision and instruction as well as the establishment of its system. There is no doubt that this sort of work relies on the approval and support from the teachers and the students.
