摘要
调查表明,当前我国高校教学督导的机构设置和人员组成主要有三种类型,它们各有优点和不足。各高校在选拔督导人员的要求与条件方面较为一致。大部分的教师和学校对开展教学督导工作持有积极态度。
The investigation tidies up the organization setting and personnel buildup of teaching supervision in Chinese universities and colleges. And it educes the excellences and shortages of the three styles of teaching supervision and qualifications of the personnel selection,as well as the positive attitude and upper admissive degree of teachers and universities towards teaching supervision.
