摘要
通过分析数控仿形加工关键技术,讨论了加工区域中运动路径生成问题的解决方法及加工方式实时调度机制,针对仿形加工中测头跟随控制问题,提出速度圆矢量分解算法,还给出了数控访形系统应用实例.
The pivotal technologies in CNC profiling processing are analyzed, and the tool pathgeneration in processing zone and real-time switching of processing mode are introduced. In order to solvethe problem of probe tracing, the algorithm of vector decomposing on speed circle and a profilingsystem based on the algorithm are presented.
