Contour Map Approach in CNC Machining Based on Profiled Data

摘要 介绍一个集仿型加工、仿型测量、测量数据处理及数控加工一体化系统的结构、原理、功能及关键技术.依据不同的仿型测量方式连接成多面体模型,该多面体模型与层切平面求交,获得切削层轮廓,并在切削层内进行行切、环切轨迹规划.该方法可适用于多种仿型测量方式。 An integrated system is introduced including profile machining, profile measuring, profiled data handling and CNC machining. Its structure, working principles and key techniques are discussed. The highest profiling speed can reach 400mm per min, and profile shape error is less than 0.08 mm. The data handling can raise machining efficiency 3 times compared with profiling. The system can be suitable to most of profile measuring patterns and be extended to milling free form surfaces and complex composite surfaces.
