摘要
测量的常理是抽样点数越多误差越小。能否在减少点数的同时提高测量精度?根据数论、序列和误差理论对之作了肯定的答复。基于抽样分布,求出抽样点的最优分布,提出相应的算法,并报道了实验结果。
In coordinate measurement, the larger the number of samples the smaller the error is to be expected. This paper raises the questions: whether it is possible to lower the number of samples and raise the accuracy at the same time. The answer, based on a sequence of numbers and their distribution, is affirmative. The basis for such a sequence,its computation, the analysis of the error, and comparision with uniform and random sequences are examined,along with experimental results of applying such a sequence to the measuring of the surface roughness.
