摘要
规则特征的在线检测即为在机床上对规则几何形状进行测量的方法。本文针对在线规则特征检测中存在的主要问题,对该研究涉及的测点布置、误差补偿、公差评定等关键技术进行了研究,分析了各类算法进一步改善的途径,为检测系统的研发提供了支持。
Regular characteristic on-line detection is the way of determining the geometric shape on machine tools.This paper focused on the main problems in on-line detection,such as error compensation and mechanics tolerance,and analyzed various kinds of algorithmic ways and improving ways to support the study of detection.
