摘要
分析了数控仿形运动的基本特征,指出了影响仿形加工稳定性和精度的主要因素,提出了两种实用的控制方法。实验证明,这两种控制方法有效地提高了数控仿形加工的稳定性和精度,同时也提高了数控仿形加工的效率。
This paper analyses the basic feature of NC-copying process movement, and points out the main factors that effect the stability and precision of NC-copying process. It presents two applied control methods with flow charts for programming. The methods can improve the process stability and the precision effectively and also enhence the process efficiency greatly.
