2型糖尿病患者个体化健康教育的效果评价 被引量:9

The Effective Evaluation of Individualized Health Education in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的评价糖尿病患者个体化健康教育效果,探讨一种有效的健康教育模式。方法从银川市48个社区随机选取4个社区,在每个社区中以自愿为原则选取2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。以社区为基础将患者分为对照组和干预组。通过集体讲座的方式对对照组45例患者进行两次群体饮食健康教育,干预组49例除了接受与对照组相同的群体健康教育外,还进行个体化的饮食健康教育。采用健康教育知、信、行(knowledge-attitude-practice,KAP)调查表及血糖变化情况评价健康教育效果。结果实施干预3个月后,干预组患者对饮食治疗的知识、态度及行为都有明显的改善,知识、态度、行为及KAP总分的标准化效应指数均远大于0.8,分别为1.86、1.21、1.29及1.67。干预后干预组患者的空腹血糖[(7.0±1.9)mmol/L vs(8.7±3.2)mmol/L,P<0.05]及糖化血红蛋白[(5.6±1.1)%vs(6.6±1.9)%,P<0.01]均低于对照组。结论对糖尿病患者进行个体化健康教育,能够有效增加糖尿病患者的知识,改变患者的态度及不良行为,降低血糖。 Objective To explore an effective mode of health education. Methods 4 communities were Randomly sampled among 48 communities in Yinchuan city. A total of 94 volunteers were randomly allocated into the control group and the intervention group on the base of community. The subjects in intervention group received individual education, and the effective of health education was evaluated by KAP questionnaire and standardized effect size. Resuits The knowledge, attitude and practice of 94 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus changed significantly, standardized effect size of knowledge, attitude, practice and KAP total score were 1.86,1.21,1.29, and 1.67 respectively. After intervention,compared with the control group,FPG (7.0 ± 1.9mmol/L vs. 8.7 ± 3.2mmol/L, P 〈 0. 05) and HbAlc (5.6 ± 1.1% vs. 6.6 ± 1.9%, P 〈 0.01) significantly reduced in the intervention group. Condusion Individual education can effectively enhance the knowledge of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and change the attitude and unreasonable behaviors, achieve to the purpose of preventing and curing diabetes mellitus and raising the quality of life of patients.
