摘要 目的综述我国健康教育效果评价的现状,分析当前评价体系薄弱点,并预测其发展趋势。方法查阅维普和万方数据库2000年至2007年关于健康教育效果评价的相关文章,进行整理、归纳和总结。结果现行的健康教育重视普及率,而不重视效果评价,不能使病人真正受益。主要体现在护理人员缺乏有效评价健康教育效果的能力;重视病人知识掌握程度,缺乏评价病人态度转变、健康行为形成的指标;评价时间重视终末评价;评价方法多以自行设计的健康教育评价表进行量化评价;以护理人员评价为主。结论我国现行的健康教育效果评价体系无法真正反映健康教育的效果,缺乏统一的效果评价标准,为确保健康教育的质量,应着手建立科学的健康教育效果评价体系。 Objective To summarize the current status of effect evaluation of health education in China,and to find out the weakness of the current evaluation system and predict the developmental trends. Method The data were collected through Wei Pu and Wan Fang databases from year 2000 to year 2007. The papers involving in the effect evaluation of health education were reviewed and summarized. Results The current health education focused on the popularization rate rather than the effect. The nurses lacked the competence to evaluate the effect of health education. They paid close attention to patients' mastery of knowledge rather than the index of attitude and behaviors,focused on final evaluation,mainly adopt quantitative methods with self- designed questionnaires and evaluated the effect of health education by nursing staff themselves. Conclusion The current evaluation system of health education lacks standard evaluation criteria and can ' t really reflect the effect of health education. It is necessary to establish scientific effect evaluation system to ensure the quality of health education.
