摘要
目的评价社区健康教育对2型糖尿病患者认知、病情控制和生命质量的影响。方法将上海市浦东新区花木社区卫生服务中心72例2型糖尿病患者随机分为教育组(n=36)和未教育组(n=36),检测空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、糖尿病知识问卷评分及糖尿病生活质量量表(DMQLS)得分情况,对教育组患者进行为期6个月的健康教育后比较两组患者上述指标的变化。结果教育组的FBG、2hPBG和HbAlC水平及糖尿病生活质量量表评分均低于未教育组(P=0.001～0.044),而糖尿病知识问卷评分则高于未教育组(P=0.001)。结论社区健康教育有利于提高糖尿病患者相关知识的知晓率、提高糖代谢控制及改善生活质量,值得进一步推广。
Objective To appraise the influence of communical diabetes educaiion on knowledge of type 2 diabetes mellitus,patients＇ glucose metabolic and their quality of life. Methods 72 patients with type 2 diabetes from Huamu community service center in shanghai Pudong district were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into educated group（n=36） and non-educated group（n=36） and the diabetes knowledge questionnaire scores,diabetes quality of life questionnaire scores （DMQLS） were investigated and fasting plasma glucose,postprandial 2h plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1C） levels were measured. Results Fasting plasma glucose,postprandial 2h plasma glucose,HbA1C levels and diabetes quality of life questionnaire scores of educated group were lower than those of the non-educated group（P=0.001～0.044）,but diabetes knowledge scores were higher at the same time（P=0.001）. Conclusion Communical diabetes educaiion had positive effects,which could make patients enrich knowledge about type 2 diabetes mellitus,improve patients＇ glucose metabolic and their quality of life.It should be further promoted.
