摘要
目的 评价糖尿病患者社区管理与内科门诊治疗的效果。方法 随机抽取我院社区管理的 2型糖尿病患者 4 95例作为研究对象 ,以同期我院门诊部内科门诊就诊的糖尿病患者 6 4 8例作为对照 ,进行糖化血红蛋白测量和问卷调查。结果 社区糖尿病患者血糖控制水平和糖尿病知识知晓率与内科门诊患者间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 糖尿病的社区综合管理 ,有利于提高糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识的知晓率 ,改善患者的不良行为习惯 ,进而有利于控制血糖 ;
Objective Evaluate the treatment effect betneen colligate management and medical out-patient department for diabetics.Methods The research method is drawing randomly 495 non-insulin diabetics in Yuetan community health center as the investigation objects and drawing 648 diabetics who are the sanlihe medical outpatinents in Fuxing hospital as the contrast objects during the same period to measure their blood sugar-Ferrohe moglobin and questionaire.Results The rate of knowing the relative knowledge of diabetes mellitus and the control of the blood sugar of community diabetics is higher that medical out patients(P<0.01).Conclusion Canonical colligate management can rise the rate of knowing the relative knowledge of diabetes mellitus of diabetics,ameliorate the mal-behavior habits of diabetics and raise the treatment effect.
