摘要
目的评价医患联动式的教育方式对住院糖尿病患者治疗的影响。方法结合曲靖市实际经济水平及受教育程度，选取286例2011年5月～2013年5月期间在曲靖市第一人民医院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者，分为实验组（n=143）和对照组（n=143）。实验组采用自行设计的模式对患者进行宣教，对照组则采取传统口头宣教进行教育，检测体重指数、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血压等指标，对实验组进行为期6个月的健康教育后比较两组患者上述指标的变化。结果（1）实验组对糖尿病健康知识的掌握较对照组高（P〈0．05）；（2）实验组体重指数、血糖、血脂、血压等指标均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在经济、文化、受教育程度均偏低的曲靖市，本研究中的教育方式切实可行、简单生动、有效，值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the influence of health education on the linkage between doctors and patients in treatment of hospitalized patients with diabetes. Methods Combined with the actual economic level and educational level in Qujing, 286 cases of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in department of endocrinology of Qujing First People＇ s Hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected and divided into experiment group and control group with 143 cases in each. Patients in experiment group were carried out by the mode of self-design, and patients in control group were carried out by traditional oral education. Body mass index, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure and other indicators were detected. After a period of 6 months of health education in experiment group, changes of the above indicators of the two groups were compared. Results （1） Mastery degree of diabetes health knowledge of patients in experiment group was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. （2）Body mass index, blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure and other indicators of experiment group were all lower than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In Qujing city, whose economic, cultural and educational level are all low, the educational method in this research is practical and feasible, simple, vivid, and effective. It is worth promoting.
