摘要
采用荧光法测定了４位健康受试者尿液中的原形药物量。尿样不须先经处理，当主药浓度在０．０５～０．５μｇ／ｍｌ范围内，其荧光强度与浓度线性关系良好。
A fluorescence spectrophotometry was developed for the determination of original drug content of norfloxacin in urine, and the biological halflife was calculated by the excretion rate to be 5 h. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.05￣0.5 μg/ml.
