摘要
应用胶束增溶苯基荧光酮分光光度法测定了尿中锗,研究了成人口服Ge—132后尿药的排泄规律。测尿中锗的平均回收率为98.1～104.3%,不同浓度测定结果的日内和日间变异系数均小于5%,检出限为0.012μg/ml。主要药动学参数Ka0.451h^(-1):K0.292h^(-1):tmax2.73h。
Determination of germanium with spectrophotometry of phenyl-fluorones in urine and studies on pharmacokinetics of Ge—132 in body were repor-ted.The main pharmacokinetiee parameter was Ka 0.451h^(-1),K 0.292h^(-l),tmax 2.73h.The average recoveries of germanium added to urine was in the range of 98.1-104.3%.The relative standard deviations were less than 5%.
