摘要
采用荧光分光光度法测定人尿液中诺氟沙星的排出速率,尿样不经处理,以0.05mo1/L盐酸稀释后用扣除空白尿样的方法进行测定。当诺氟沙星的浓度为0.05~0.5μg/ml范围内,其荧光强度与浓度线性关系良好。该法的最低检出量为0.01μg/m1,平均回收率在98%以上。本文采用此法测定了3名健康受试者口服诺氟沙星胶囊后的尿药排出速率,并绘制出排出速率曲线。
A fluorescence spetrophotometry was developed for the determination of the excretion rate of norfloxacin in urine,Urine samples were determined by 0.05 mo1/LHCI dilution andafter deduction blank of urine sample。The detection limits of norfloxacin was 0.01 βg/ml,and thecalibration curve was linear(r=0.9998)in the concentration range of 0.05~0.5βg/m1.Themean recovery of norfloxacin was over 98%。 The excretion rate of norfloxacin in urine for threeheaIth volunteers following per os of norfloxacin capsuls was determined by this method.Excretion rate curves of norfloxacin were drawn。
