摘要
用诺氟沙皇对30例淋病患者进行了治疗，并用微生物法测定其尿药浓度。结果表明，治疗效果与尿药浓度成正比，但服药剂量与尿药浓度无相关性。
30 patients with gonorrhoea adopted treatment of norflaxacin. Concentration of the drug in urine was determined by a microbiological assay. The result indicated that the treat efficiency in parallel to drug concentration in urine. although administration dose were not parallel to concentration in urine.
