摘要
目的 研究进食对氟罗沙星片剂生物利用度的影响。方法 在空腹和进食条件下分别给 12名健康志愿者口服氟罗沙星片剂 ,应用高效液相色谱法测定尿药浓度 ,以尿药排泄量计算生物利用度。结果① 60h尿药总排泄率 :空腹条件为 ( 67 13± 4 46) % ;进食条件为 ( 68 48± 4 3 8) % ;两组条件下无统计学意义 (P>0 0 5 ) ;②服药后 3h内尿药排泄速率 :空腹条件为 ( 10 47~ 14 5 2 )mg/h ,进食条件为 ( 4 40~ 10 65 )mg/h ,对前3h中的每小时以空腹与进食作配对t检验 ,P均小于 0 0 5。结论 进食对氟罗沙星片生物利用度无明显影响 ,但可延缓该药吸收速率。
Objective To study the effect of food on the bioavailability of fleroxacin (FLRX) tablet inhealthy voluteers. Methods A 400mg single oral dose of FLRX was administered to twelve healthy male volunteers under fasting and fed condition respectively. The concentration of FLRX in urine were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after administration. Results There was a significant difference of the excretory rate of FLRX in first 3h between fasting state (10 47~14 52)mg/h and feeding state (4 40~10 65)mg/h ( P <0 05). Within 60h, (67 13±4 46)% of FLRX was recovered from urine as unchanged drug in fasting condition and (68 48±4 38)% in feeding condition. There was no significant difference. Conclusions Food is unlikely to have a clinically significant effect on the bioavailability of FLRX, but it can retard the absorption of FLRX.
