摘要
籼稻的愈伤组织诱导及植株再生频率都很低,限制了基因工程在其上的应用。探索有效的组织培养及再生体系,是利用遗传转化改良籼稻的必要前提。本文综述了近几年籼稻培养的研究进展,并对提高籼稻的愈伤组织诱导及植株再生频率的措施进行了评述。
Low frequency of induction and plants regeneration limits the use of gene engineering in Indica rice. In order to improve lndicct rice through genetic transformation, effective tissue culture and regeneration systems are prerequisites. The present paper reviews the advances on Indica rice callus induction and plants regeneration research.
