摘要
采用毛细管区带电泳直立式安培电化学检测方法分离和测定单糖。考察了电解质溶液的pH和浓度对单糖分离的影响,适量加入氯化钠可改善分离条件。所列单糖的浓度至少在002~02mmol/L范围内与检测电流峰高呈线性关系。检测限为15×10-6mol/L。应用该法进行了乳糖的组成和人血中葡萄糖的测定。
Capillary zone electrophoresis with vertical amperometric detection was employed for the separation and determination of monosaccharides.The effect of pH and electrolyte concentration on the separation of monosaccharides was investigated.The addition of sodium chloride improves the separation.The detected peak current was found to be linearly proportional to the monosaccharide concentrations in the range of 002~02 mmol·L-1.The detection limit is 15×10-6mol·L-1.The method has been applied to the determination of lactose and glucose in human blood samples.
