摘要
研究了香荚兰细胞悬浮培养的生长周期、可溶性糖浓度、pH值变化及植物生长调节剂对细胞生长与香兰素产生的影响.发现细胞悬浮培养生长周期以14d为宜,NAA比2,4-D更适合细胞生长及香兰素形成.
The subculture intervals, variations of soluble sugar contents and pH values and effects of plant growth regulators on cell growth and vanillin production were studied during batch cell suspension culture of Vanilla planifolia . It was found that the proper subculture interval was 14 days, NAA could improve the cell growth and biosynthesis of vanillin, and the inhibition of 2,4 D on the formation of vanillin could be alleviated partly by using cytokinins in combination of it.
