摘要
生物合成法可以获得天然香兰素,符合社会对这类产品绿色化和天然化的要求。本文综述了近年来微生物发酵法、植物细胞培养法和酶法合成香兰素的研究及其进展,并指出了这三种方法的发展前景。引文20篇。
Recent progress in biosynthesis methods of vanillin such as microbial fermentations, plant cell cultures and enzymatic preparations are reviewed.Three methods are compared and the development trends are put forward.
