摘要
通过对紫草细胞进行悬浮培养,测定了培养基中碳源、氮源、磷酸盐等无机元素的变化;;并分析了细胞结构性组分、细胞呼吸以及次生代谢产物紫草宁的合成情况,探索研究了细胞培养的内在规律,为建立结构化动力学模型奠定了基础。
In the suspension culture of Lithospermum erythrorhizon, cell growth, substrateconsumption and shikonin production were studied. The time courses of carbon source, nitrogen source,phosphate and other important inorganic nutrients as well as the conductivity were determined, whichcould be a basis for establishing the structural model and optimizing the culture conditions.
