The Preparation of the SrTi 1-x Mg x O 3-δ Film by Use of Electrophoresis Method

摘要 利用电泳机理，成功的实现了电泳沉积ＳｒＴｉ１－ｘＭｇｘＯ３－δ膜的制备。 The SrTi 1-x Mg x O 3-δ film of electrophoresis deposition is successfully formed by use of the electrophoresis mechanism.The various kinds of factors which affect deposition are discussed.
