掺SrLi_(1/4)Nb_(3/4)O_3的SrTiO_3氧敏材料特性的研究 被引量:2

Studies on the Oxygen-Sensing Properties of SrTiO 3 Doped With SrLi 1/4 Nb 3/4 O 3

摘要 利用H2/H2O体系控制氧分压,采用四电极法测量了掺杂SrLi1/4Nb3/4O3的SrTiO3瓷体在800~1200℃,PO2=10-15~105Pa下的电导率,当p<100Pa,σ∝P-1/8O2;pO2≥100Pa,电导率随pO2变化较为平缓. Oxygen pressure was obtained by H 2/H 2O system. Four point d-c techniture was used to measure the conductivity(σ) of SrTiO 3 doped with SrLi 1/4 Nb 3/4 O 3 at temperature 800~1200℃ and oxygen pressure p o 2 =10 -15 ~10 5 Pa. On the figure of lg( p o 2 /10 5Pa)-lg( σ /Ω -1 ·cm -1 ),p o 2 <10 0 Pa,σ∝p -1/8 o 2 ; p o 2 ≥10 0 Pa,the change of conductivity is not apparent. The oxygen-sensing properties of SrTiO 3-based materials is discussed.
