摘要
采用“络合-中和沉淀”法制备超微粒氧化铁(d=10-20nm)。研究了超微粒氧化铁气敏材料的结构与性能之间的关系,以及 RE_2O_3和 SnO_2的掺杂效应。提出了一种对可燃性气体具有较高灵敏度的不含贵金属的新型气敏元件,并对其气敏机制作了初步探讨。
Preparation processes of gas sensor and super fine powder (SFP)iron oxides were studied.The method of complex solution-neutral preciptationcan resonably sythesize SFP iron oxides (d=10—20nm).The gas sensitive and crystal ceramic structure of SEP iron oxides werestudied surveying and measuring of TEM,SEM,DSC,XPD,and gas sesitivecharacter.The gas sensitivity of SEP iron oxides is increased by doping andcontrolling ceramic porosity.The gas sensitive mechanisms of crystal pure α-Fe_2O_3 or γ-Fe_2O_3 canbe represented as bulk controlled mode,and SEP iron oxides and its dopingmaterials can be represented as mix of surface and bulk controlled mode.
