摘要
螺旋藻的大规模工业化生产有着极高的商业价值，大力发展螺旋藻产业具有广阔的前景。其生产受藻种、营养源、养殖系统、温度、光照ｐＨ、混合效果、外界污染、水分蒸发、呼吸作用、溶解氧及光抑制等因素的影响，可通过生产过程的进一步优化来提高生产效率，降低成本。本文对螺旋藻的室外大规模生产进行了较为详细的论述。
the large-scale production of spirulina has a great commercial value and brilliant prospects.The process of production is affected by algae species,nutrient source, system of cultrre, temperature,light ,PH,mixing ,contamination,evaporation,respiration ,oxyger tension and photoinhibition etc,It is expected to improve productivity and cut down costs with the optimization of production process. the outdoor spirulina larg-scale production is discussed in this paper.
