摘要
采用半导体激光 (波长 65 0 nm,功率 40 m W,功率密度 1 3 m W/ cm2 )辐照钝顶螺旋藻 ,辐照时间为 3 0 min、1 5 min、8min.通过测定藻丝形态参量、叶绿素 a、β胡萝卜素 ,研究半导体激光对藻生长的影响 .结果表明 :三个辐照时间都对藻丝形态产生影响 ,使藻丝长、螺旋数、螺旋长发生变化 ;3 0 min辐照组抑制藻体叶绿素 a、β胡萝卜素的合成 ,8min和 1 5 min辐照组促进藻体叶绿素 a和β胡萝卜素的合成 ,β胡萝卜素增幅最高达 1 7.9% .8min促长作用最明显 ,使比生长速率提高1 0 .9% ,1 5 min略有促长作用 ,而 3 0 min则起抑制生长作用 .
Spirulina platensis was irradiated with does of 30min,15min,and 8min of LD laser (wave length 650nm,power 40mW,power density 13mW/cm 2).The following parameters were used in assays:morphology,chlorophyll a and β carotene.The results showed:three does of LD laser affected the filaments morphology,the length of filament and thread pitch and helix numbers were variety compare to initial strain.The dose of 30min restricted chlorophyll a and β carotene,but 8min and 15min does stimulated chlorophll a and β carotene,and carotene productivity increased most by 17.9%,also 30min restricted the growth speed,but 8min promoted in best.
