摘要
微波法提取的螺旋藻多糖,经十六烷基三甲基溴化铵盐溶液分级,得不同级分螺旋藻多糖S1、S2、S3。通过浓硫酸法和氯磺酸甲酰胺法合成了螺旋藻硫酸酯化多糖SL1、SL2和SL3,用IR对产物结构作了表征。
Spirulina platensis polysaccharides was extracted by microwave-assisted, and ditferent tractions S1, S2 and S3 of spirulina platensis polysaccharides were gotten by fractionation with cetyltrimethy- lammonium bromide(CTMAB). Spirulina platensis polysaccharides of sulfated ester were synthesized through concentrated oil of vitriol and methanamide chlorosulfonate methods. Finally, the products were determined by IR spectra.
