摘要
实习是酒店管理专业培养目标能否顺利实现的重要环节,而实习过程中关于学生管理的问题一直是各高校的软肋,文章试图从"利益相关者"角度,从考虑学生、学校、酒店三方的利益诉求出发,对这一问题进行探讨。
Fractical training is an important link in the teaching object of Hotel ＇Restaurant Management. However, the problems about the student management in practical training are the insecurity place of colleges and universities. From the standpoint of a stakeholder, this article is trying to research alternative solutions to these problems by considering the interests of the students, schools and hotels.
