摘要
酒店实习是酒店管理专业学习中必不可少的非常重要的教学环节,职业上需要该专业的学生在毕业时必须掌握较熟练的酒店服务操作技巧和拥有一定的酒店管理经验,虽然该专业的学生能在酒店的实际岗位进行实习工作,但在如何有效地开展酒店实习教育,提高酒店实习质量及效果,培养学生热爱本专业的兴趣和热情等方面上,仍是一个值得深入探讨的课题。
Hotel internship is one of the important parts for hospitality management students.The occupation in hotels requires that students should have a good command of service skills and hotel management experience.As a result,we have to consider how to carry out effectively the internship education,improve the internship quality and help students intrest their major as well.
