摘要
高校的教学管理要以人为本,树立情感、制度、民主、成功管理理念,促进教师全面发展;尊重学生的身心发展基本规律与需要、自主选择权利、发展个性差异、民主平等权利、教学知情权,促进学生健康发展;营造学术、文化氛围,促进学校和谐发展。
Higher college teaching management should establish people-oriented, emotional, system, democracy, and successful management philosophy to promote the comprehensive development of teachers; respect for students＇ physical and mental development law and needs to promote them develop healthily; create academic and cultural atmosphere to promote the harmonious development of the school.
