教学是教师的首要责任,教学发展是教师全面发展的基础和前提;教师教学发展对高校教学改革产生多方面的影响;高校应通过教师教学发展来促进教学改革,提高教学质量。
Teaching is the teacher＇s primary responsibility,teaching development is a comprehensive basis and premise for the teacher development;the teachers＇ teaching development have produced a wide range of effects on the university teaching reform;the university should enforce the teachers＇ teaching development to promote the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality.
