摘要
测试比较了三种碱剂(纯碱、代用碱M、代用碱M与纯碱的混合碱)的pH值、对染料的色力度、扩散性、匀染性、染后织物的水洗性及染色牢度等性能,探讨了代用碱M在活性黄浸染中的应用。用混合碱代替传统工艺中使用的纯碱,既可达到传统染色的要求,又具有碱剂用量少,且易洗除、染色效果理想的特点。
This paper compared the influences of three alkalis, the substitute alkali M, the mixture of substitute alkali M and sodium carbonate, the sodium carbonate, on the pH value of dye bath, dye-uptake, diffuseness, levelness, washing capacity and the color fastness of the dyed fabrics, and discussed the application of new type of substitute alkali M in the dip dyeing process of reactive yellow. Using the mixture of substitute alkali M and sodium carbonate to replace the sodium carbonate in traditional technology could completely meet the requirements of traditional dyeing process. Furthermore, the applied amount of alkali was less, the alkali was easywashed and dyeing effect was satisfactory.
