摘要
在活性染料浸染工艺中,采用固色代用碱替代碳酸钠固色,用量小,污染少,加入方便。文中通过实验,从固色代用碱的用量及时间对pH值、固色率、染色牢度等方面的影响进行分折,得知固色代用碱用量为2g/L时与碳酸钠20g/L的作用相当,加入固色代用碱,pH值的升高比加碳酸钠缓慢,其达到固色率的最高值也高于加碳酸钠的。
During the dip dyeing process of reactive dyes, substituting the alternative alkali for sodium carbonate to make the fixation bears
the advantages of saving material, low pollution and easy operation. Based on experiments, this paper analyzes the influence of applied
amount of alternative alkali and operating time on pH value, fixation yield, color fastness and so on. It can be concluded that the ap-
plied amount of alternative alkali with a density of 2g/L is equal to a density of 20g/L sodium carbonate, the application of alternative
alkali makes the pH value increasing slower than application of sodium carbonate, and the final fixation yield is also higher.
