摘要
为达到客户定单对染色产品的质量要求 ,应设计合理的染色工艺。本文在分析活性染料的活性基和母体对染料性能的基础上 ,对影响染色质量的主要因素 (如温度、pH值、电解质等 )进行了全面阐述。得出 :具有二氯均三嗪活性基的活性染料适于内衣类产品 ,二氟一氯嘧啶型与一氟均三嗪和乙烯砜复合型的活性染料适于高档针织品染色的结论。
Rational dyeing technology is very important for ensuring the quali ty of dyed products. Main factors such as temperature, pH value and electrolyte which have effect on dyeing results are described comprehensively based on the a nalysis on the influence of active radicals and parent substances of reactive dy estuff on dyes properties. It is concluded as following: Reactive dyes contai nning active radicals of dichloro sym.-triazine suit for underwears; while thos e belong to difluoro-monochloro pyrimidine type or combined from monochloro sy m. -triazine and vinyl sulfone are applicable for knitted goods of superior qualit y.
