摘要
研制了代用碱SA,并将其应用于DS系列活性染料的固色中。通过分析代用碱SA与碳酸钠两种固色剂在活性大红DS固色工艺中不同用量、固色时间及温度对固色率的影响,优化得出最佳固色工艺,测试并比较了不同固色碱剂条件下DS系列活性染料三原色的固色率和摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度。结果表明,代用碱SA的最佳固色工艺为:代用碱SA用量为1.25 g/L,固色温度60℃,固色时间30 min。用量为传统碱剂碳酸钠1/10左右的代用碱SA固色效果与其基本相当,且在DS系列活性染料中,代用碱SA较适合于活性黄DS染料固色。
In this paper, a substitutive alkali SA was prepared and then applied to fixation of active DS series dyes. Some factors affecting the fixation yield such as dosage of the substitutive alkali SA and sodium carbonate , fixation time and temperature in the active red DS fixation process were studied. It obtained the optimum process and tested and compared the fixation yield, rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of the fixation process using dif-ferent fixation alkaline agents. The results show that the optimum fixation process conditions are: the dosage of sub-stitution alkali SA is 1.25 g/L, the fixation temperature is 60 ℃ and the fixation time is 30 min. The fixation ef-fect of 1/10 dosage of substitution alkali SA was as good as traditional alkali agent sodium carbonate. Moreover , for the reactive DS series dyes, the substitutive alkali SA was more suitable for reactive yellow DS dye fixation.
