摘要
采用新型染色促进剂DAPlus对棉织物进行固色处理,通过实验分析了助剂用量、浴比、染色温度及保温时间等对染色K/S值的影响,得到最佳工艺为:染料用量2%(o.w.f),促进剂4g/L,硫酸钠40g/L,染色时间为60min,温度为60℃,浴比为1:10。
The dyeing of cotton fabric is carried out with new style accelerator.of dyeing. Effects of the amount of auxiliary, bath ratio, the temperature of dyeing and the time of thermal insulation on the K/S value of the dyeing are analyzed through experiment, and the optimized process is as follows： the amount of dye 2%, accelerating agent 4g/L, sodium sulfate 40g/L, the temperature of dyeing 60℃, the time of dyeing 60min ,bath ratiol：10.
