摘要
采用单因素变换法研究了可溶性甲壳质制备条件对其质量指标粘度、脱乙酰度的影响。结果表明，控制适宜的脱乙酰度温度、时间及碱浓度，可制得一定粘度。
Uni factor transformating method is used to investigate the effects of experimental conditions of chitosan including deacetylated temperature,deacetylated time and NaOH concentration on its viscosity and deacetylated degree, and the effects are reported in this paper.
