摘要
用甲壳素为原料在一定条件下脱去乙酰基制得壳聚糖,壳聚糖溶于2%醋酸溶液,在一定条件下加入一定量的添加剂和交联剂H2SO4,让其在0.45μm孔径的醋酸纤维支撑体上流延成膜。结果表明,本实验条件下制得的CS膜对浓度nmg/L酸性红染料的脱色率达97%,可用于印染废水或其它溶液的脱色分离。
he article reports the process of preparing chitosan (CS) and then forming a membrane. After being deacetylated, under certain conditions, chitin changes into CS. CS is dissolved in 2% acetic solution to which additives and crosslinking agent H2SO4 added quantitatively. Then the CS solution is speaded on the CA supported with 0.45 μm aperture and membrane is formed once solidifing. It was shown that CS membrane produced under the experiment conditions was used in decolorization of n mg/L acidred dyeing waste water, in which the decolorizing effeciency arrived to 97%. CS membrane can be used for separation and decolorization of dyeing waste water and other solutions.
