摘要
目的初步探索《青少年健康与发展》课程在中国的适用性,促进我国青少年健康护理课程的完善。方法采用分层翻译与校译法将《青少年健康与发展》课程模块(英文)译成中文,确定翻译效度后,通过试授课法和访谈法从教学目标、内容及方式等方面评价其适用性。结果该课程可弥补当前护理课程体系中青少年健康与发展模块的不足,参与式教学法深受欢迎,与生殖健康和性成熟有关的内容及教学方式有待改善。结论《青少年健康与发展》课程可纳入我国护理课程体系,但部分内容需与我国文化兼容。
Objective To investigate the applicability of the pre-service course Adolescent Health and Development (AHD) in China's Mainland and to improve the nursing curricula in this regard. Methods The English version of AHD was translated into Chinese. After the establishment of the validity, a pilot application of the course was conducted and part of the participants were interviewed in terms of its applicability in respect of learning objectives, contents and teaching methods. Results The AHD course could compensate this area of the current nursing curricula in China's Mainland. Participatory learning was well appraised, the contents related to sex and reproductive health were required culture adaptation. Conclusion The AHD course is applicable to nursing curricula in China's Mainland, however parts of the contents should be in harmony with our culture.
