摘要
简要分析了ZKR3652振动筛筛下横梁破断的原因,介绍了建新矿洗煤厂对原横梁进行改造和提高现场焊接工艺水平的措施,经实践检验,取得了明显效果。
According to the analysis of the breaking causes of the crossbar under the ZKR3652 vibrating sieve, the authors have suggested the improvement of the original crossbar and the on-spot welding techniques, which has proved effective.
