摘要
针对某沥青搅拌设备用振动筛频繁出现预紧横梁断裂的问题,在分析断裂原因的基础上,利用ANSYS软件对预紧横梁结构进行了静力学和动力学模态、谐响应分析,明确了振动筛工作时横梁内部的应力分布情况,据此提出了结构改进方案,并对改进前后的结构进行了分析对比。结果表明,改进后横梁内部的最大变形和最大等效应力都显著降低,疲劳寿命得以提高。
Aiming at the frequent fracture issues of the pretension beams which are used on vibrating screens of asphalt mixing plants, this paper uses ANSYS software to make the static and dynamic response analysis of modal and harmonic of a pretension beam based on the analysis of the fracture reasons. Identified stress distribution of the vibrating screen, we put forward an improvement scheme and compare the two kinds of structures, the results show that the maximum deformation and equivalent stress of the beam is reduced significantly and the fatigue life is improved when we use the improvement scheme.
