简要介绍了USL3.6伊5.25型直线振动筛的特点、主要技术参数、横梁的结构特征。分析了USL3.6伊5.25直线振动筛横梁断裂的原因,提出了改造方案,并对改造后的经济效益进行了分析。
A brief introduction was made for the characteristics and main technical parameters and beam structure features of the USL3.6 × 5.25 linear shaker. Analyzed the reason for beam fracture of the USL3.6 × 5.25 linear shaker, then, the transformation scheme was proposed, finally, a analysis was made for the economic benefits after transformation.
