摘要
为了探讨ZK3048型直线振动筛的结构断裂的原因和断裂特点,采用有限元软件ALGOR建立其三维仿真模型,并对其进行静力学和动力学仿真分析。结果表明:最大应力主要集中在支撑横梁的中部、两端和支撑头及其附近侧板;而横梁、加强梁、出入料端梁呈直线状断裂,侧板和支撑头呈曲线状断裂。分析断裂的主要原因是瞬态响应阶段的应力集中与谐响应阶段的疲劳运动。
In order to discuss the structural breaking cause and the breaking features of the ZK3048 mode linear vibration screen,the finite element software ALGOR was applied to establish the 3D simulation model and the simulation analysis on the statics and dynamics was conducted.The results showed that the max stress would be mainly concentrated on the middle and the two ends of the support beam,the support head and the side plates.The horizontal beam,reinforced beam and front beam of the feeder would be in a linear breaking and the side plates and support head would be in a curve breaking.The main cause of the breaking would be the stress concentration at the transient response phase and the fatigue movement at the stabilized response phase.
