摘要
为了探讨大型直线筛的应力分布特点,为今后改进结构提供理论指导,通过合理简化ZK3648直线筛振动模型,进行数值模拟分析,得出:大型直线筛最大应力集中于侧板激振器附近及支撑头、入料和出料端梁中部,但应力数值较小,远小于钢材的屈服极限;横梁与入、出料端梁的应力分布基本相同,主要集中于中部;支撑头的最大应力主要集中于侧板连接处。
In order to discuss the distribution characteristics of stress on large - scale linear vibration screen, the paper reasonable simplified the structure and made numerical simulation analysis for vibrating screen. The analysis results showed that the maximum stress concentration in the vibrator of panel , sup- porting head, and the middle of feeding and discharging beam, but the value of stress is very small and far less than yield limit of steel; the maximum stress head focused primarily on the side panel and joint for supporting head, which provided the theoretical guidance for improving the structure vibrating screen in future.
