摘要
对微波辅助超声提取地骨皮黄酮的方法进行了研究。首先建立了地骨皮中总黄酮的分析方法,通过正交实验得到各因素影响顺序为:微波时间>表面活性剂浓度>料液比;最佳提取工艺条件是微波提取时间180 s,超声提取时间0.5 h,料液比1:30(g:mL),Tween80浓度1.25 g/L,优化工艺下的得率为1.27%。
The extractive technology by combining microwave with ultrasound was used to extract total flavones from Cortex Lycii.The analysis method for total flavanoids of Cortex Lycii was established.The orthogonal design with three factors was used in this paper.The effect order of factors was microwave time〉surfactant concentration〉solid-liquid ratio.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows： microwave extraction time 180s,ultrasound extraction time 0.Sh,solid-liquid ratio 1：30 （g：mL）, Tween-80 concentration 1.25g/L.The optimum process yield is 1.27%.
