摘要
从定额计价模式和工程量清单计价模式的区别入手,分析了工程量清单计价的优点,实现了以市场定价为主的建筑价格体制,使工程造价的改革进入了企业自主报价、市场竞争定价的新阶段,有利于更好的控制项目成本。
The paper started from the difference of fixed quota pricing model and engineering bill pricing model, the advantages of engineering bill pricing were analyzed and the architectural pricing system with market-set prices was realized, which make engineering cost reform into the new stage of enterprise autonomic quoting and market-set pricing, and better to control engineering cost.
