随着我国市场经济体制的形成,建筑市场国际化程度越来越高,工程造价管理与国际惯例接轨势在必行。以工程量清单计价模式招投标,能够满足竞争定价的要求,对推动我国工程建设事业有着举足轻重的作用。
As the market - oriented economy system in our country is formed, our construction market is getting more and more internationalized. Under such circumstances, building cost management should be imperatively adapted to the international practice. So to submit a tender in a way of valuating work amount list will meet the requirements of competitive pricing, which will contribute to the great progress of our building industry.
