摘要
介绍了工程量清单计价方法,并对定额计价模式和工程量清单模式两种情况下的招投标制进行了阐述,分析了工程量清单模式下招投标的优缺点,并提出了相关改进措施,以完善项目的工程造价管理。
The following paper introduces the method of BOQ valuation, illustrates bidding system under the drcumstances of quota valuation mode and BOQ mode, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of bidding under the mode of BOQ, and proposes rdevant improving measures to perfect construction cost management of project.
